Pancreatic cancer: A new genetic cause discovered? Researchers say this

Most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage when the disease is already inoperable and there are no effective therapies. Extensive research has demonstrated that mutations in the KRAS gene play an enormous role in the formation and growth of pancreatic cancer.
