Walking 3,000 Steps A Day Can Help Lower Blood Pressure In Senior Citizens: Study

The findings suggest that the 7,000-step regimen the participants in the study - which focused on a group of sedentary older adults between ages 68 and 78 - achieved is on par with reductions seen with anti-hypertensive medications.
