Researchers develop new model to predict survival in colorectal cancer

The research team, led by Mohanad Mohammed at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa investigated publicly-available microarray and RNASeq data from 54 matched formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples from the Affymetrix GeneChip and RNASeq platforms.
